I am asking everyone to give their P500.00 contribution for our Christmas Party this coming December 13, 2008 to Ms. Angie Arboleda, our Treasurer. We would not be able to issue receipts yet, but be assured that the same will be recorded accordingly.
You may also pay the amount to our Auditor, Mr JM Cabacan if Ms. Arboleda is not around.
I shall announce the final party venue on Thursday, 11 December 2008.
Lastly, should there will be excess in the contribution, the same will be put to our common fund for petty expenses of the organization in line with our immersion plans.

Hi there!!
There some suggestions from our classmates that if possible we hold our party in school instead of outside. Some of The Guidance and Counseling classmates will be having their party there too. We might be holding 2 parties at the same time. What do you think???? It would be less expense for us.
Christmas is standing on our doors and we are preparing to welcome it. As my favorite festival is drawing near, feel more excited every single day as have lot of plans for the eve. Have already planned a party at one of iconic Los Angeles venues and want to arrange it perfectly.
